The Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) issues two distinct types of seals:
Certificate of Operation Seal
License Certificate Seal
Each seal serves a different regulatory purpose and is subject to specific usage conditions.
The Certificate of Operation Seal is issued exclusively to B2C operators licensed to offer games of chance directly to players. This seal may only be displayed on player-facing websites or applications that operate under an approved and registered domain.

All licensed B2C operators are subject to continuous monitoring by the CGA to ensure compliance with licence conditions. This monitoring includes, but is not limited to:
Licensed B2C operators must display the CGA Certificate of Operation Seal on their website. The seal must appear exactly as issued by the CGA.
If the certificate displays a different domain name from the website being accessed, this indicates that the website is displaying a certificate belonging to another operator and should be considered unauthorized or fraudulent.
The License Certificate Seal confirms that an entity is licensed by the CGA either:
This seal may be displayed on the operator's corporate website, subject to CGA display conditions.

The License Certificate Seal links to the operator's license certificate hosted on the CGA certificate platform. The certificate displays:
Unlike the Certificate of Operation, the License Certificate is not domain-specific and does not authorize the operation of player-facing websites.
Operators must clearly distinguish between:
A License Certificate, which confirms that an entity holds a valid CGA license; and
A Certificate of Operation, which authorizes the operation of a specific player-facing domain.
These certificates are not interchangeable, and misuse of either seal may constitute a compliance breach.
